Metcourt Emperors Customer Service Stinks

If you're looking for friendly or half decent service, don't stay at Metcourt Emperors Hotel. The staff are shockingly rude & customer service is non-existant. I wrote a 12 point essay to the hotel about what went wrong in ONE night. I've traveled the world, every country in Africa included, and this was the worst customer experience to date.
