Great Reception Personnel

Good day,<br> <br> Review Date - Thursday, 24 september.<br> <br> Rooms are clean, well made and Wifi coverage is great!<br> <br> Receptionist, Rofhiwa, is great at her job. She goes out of her way to assist clients and also pays attention to detail. Very helpful indeed and seems passionate about her work. she really deserves recognition because I spend time at reception and observed relationship with customers, you would swear she is the fulcrum required to take your business to another level. I had due documents for my own business that needed to be printed, signed, scanned and emailed again. She did all that despite being swamped with other calls. She arranged our lunch pack as requested and we received at check-out time as scheduled even though she was off duty at the time. So, he coordination and commitment can be recognised.<br> <br> Kitchen - The trainee chef (lady) is just not interested in the job.She could not tell difference between lamb or beef. And when it came to dessert, she was disaster. y advice, train them properly before you make them front of house/kitchen. And she was struggling to even cut well roasted lamb for customers like she was nervous!<br> <br> Regards,<br> Solomon
