Graceland Casino's low payout ratio

<p>I refer to the complain by CoenDup dated 21 July 2017. I'm sorry to say but I have the same complaint.</p> <p> </p> <p>According to my experience also, Graceland has the worst payout ratio. </p> <p> </p> <p>In the past 6 months months, I won a Royal Flush twice at Carnival City, winning R13 000 and R23 000. At Graceland it took me approximetly 20 years to win my second Royal Flush.</p> <p> </p> <p>At Carnival City I won R60 000on a R25-machine on the 3rd spin. At Graceland I was staying over for the weekend and spend R13 000 without winning a selebration jackpot of R1000.00 once. I tried many different machines. I also complained and I was also told "It's called gambling". I agree with you CoenDup, its "*****ing from the blind".</p> <p> </p> <p>Many of times I have played R1000.00 on a machine without getting 8 free spins, or any win. I wil move onto the next one, the same... until you have spend R6000.00 and not won anything? Within an hour or so?</p> <p> </p> <p>At Carnival City you can play the entire day with R6000.00 on the same machines.</p> <p> </p> <p>I agree with CoenDup, it's not that i'm expecting to win every single time but we cant only play with our money. That is why he lost 83 000 in 7 months i assume. You also want to play with the casino's money.</p> <p> </p> <p>I confirm that CoenDup did inform Strini from Graceland that we both are experiecing a problem. He just loaded R500.00 free play. That's not how you address a customer's complaint. He didn't even revert to Coen Dup after that.</p> <p> </p> <p>I also think an investigate is necessary, this is not fair gambling.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
