Emperors Peermont

Service is absolutely **** as the ladies at the desk are rude and obnoxious, i have been playing at Emperors Palace for over 10 years now and while standing in the que to get my card updated as it expired on the 17 February 2023. I was next in line but was told i must move aside and wait my turn as im definitely not the correct tou know what.

I told the lady that i was next and when i gave her my card all of a sudden i was suspended for so called 3 months and would not assist, security was called and said i so called done something which no one could answer.

I have been playing there in the Prive for the past 3 months with no issues.

I recommend that Peermont get their act together with their staff as they have no manners.
