Treated Unfairly Because of having Covid-19 Symptoms

Went to Peermed Pretoria on the 23rd June. Upon filling in the Covid checklist they said I cannot go inside as I have more than 3 symptoms and that the Doctor will see me outside, they have a tent uprooted.

Okay fine I waited, Few minutes later I receive a call from inside that the examination will be done telephonically. The call duration was 1minute 26seconds, I wasn't asked how I felt and for how long had it been going on.

I believe the Doctor could've Atleast asked how I was feeling, no BPs were taken. Absolutely nothing. Shortly afterwards they brought medication.

There I was still thinking there will be a follow up call or something, nothing, that was it.

I understand they are taking covid precautions but I'm so unhappy with the way I was treated.

I could be having just flu or any other condition that needed attention ?. It felt like I had went to a pharmacy to self-medicate. I honestly don't see a reason I had went there.

I have never had a problem with their service before, but today was the pits.

Just because I had covid symptoms I wasn't treated fairly. Unhappy with the service I received.

How many people are dishonest on the checklist just so they can see the Doctor ?.
