Peermed kemptonpark Dentist Office Manager RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL

I took my daughter to Peermed dentist in Kemptonpark on the 03rd of April 2019 as she had an accident in school that lead to her teeth being wobly and had to be removed, when the procedure was completed i was then given a letter for work however they refused to book me for the 4th April 2019 as well. When i ask the office manager YUMNA who was very rude to an extent that she didnt care if she was addressing a pregnant woman,that would she take her little one to school the next day after having teeth removed and on antibiotic she was so unprofessional and addressed me unbelievably appalling she did not care that this affected my wage at work. She basically told me it is your decision you took off and looked after your daughter who was sick we are not going to book you a day to look after her we don't do that here. I am actually shocked that someone appointed that lady with such an attitude to manage and abuse clients this way. HORRIBLE SERVICE
