Horrible Dentist at peermed lakeside mall!

Peermed lakeside mall, the 1star is just for the other staff members and great service from the Drs assistant.

Horrible experience I had with the dentist Dr Chetty, Very impatient, not calming was getting agitated because she was struggling to pull out my bottom tooth took just over and hr pulling, cutting, breaking and stuff so you can imagine how nervous I was getting aswell ... I understand that it's a matter of urgency when she is working so many wrong things could happen she was removing 2 of my wisdom teeth ... But you still need to keep your patients calm and not be aggressive to them and rude cause they are also very nervous. I told her was starting to feel pain, she raised her voice and said well if I don't pull it out you going to have serious issues while still tilting my head and heading to my tooth !! Eventually it was pulled out, she gave me a stich.

Then she just booked me off from work from today till tomorrow I was like are you serious after pulling 2 of my teeth out? told me that she is only supposed to give me 24hrs even after telling her that I'm not allowed to fly for around 72hrs.... She eventually fixed the Dr note but you could see she is ****ed about it! It's not like you doing me a favor I'm paying and two of my teeth where pulled so allow me to heal properly!!! I was sooo ****ed never want to see that place again... worst service ever! The lady helping her was very sweet. She is really the one who kept me going.

I never complain about stuff, but this one!!! And please I don't want anyone from peermed calling me as I will never go back either way!
