Complain

We went to Peermed in Germiston today with my friend, what a pathetic service, the lady at the reception did not even bother to say anything to us, we waited there thinking that she will come and assist, to no avail. She went outside calling someone, came back and continue with what she was doing, ignoring us as if we never existed

As we were shocked,a woman(patient) came,and asked if we have already registered, we told her we do not k ow what to do sinceit was our 1st time, she then explained that we have to register, go sit down, as they will start at 13:30.

We registered, and went outside, I asked my friend if the institution is worth it since she's the one who took me there since she knows how other Peermed assist the patient.

We then left and go to Dr Bloom, what an exceptional service we received there, the ladies treat people as if thry are business owners.

Peermed Germiston's service is very pathetic, that woman at the reception shouldn't be working for private sector coz wow, she is so pathetic, she needs to go back and train customer service, I was very annoyed, being treated as if I'm consulting for free.
