Bad service through out

I visited peermed on Saturday the 14th. I had no problem with waiting for my name to be called however I had to wait for a very long time for the doctor in one of the consultation rooms then when she finally came in I could hardly get a word in, I don't even know the name of the doctor that assisted me , majority of the time she was talking over me whenever I tried to explain what was wrong with me, then she advised me to go and have blood taken which I did ,I asked her when my results should be out and she said Tuesday, When I went to get my blood taken the lady assisting me said nothing to me besides telling me to make a fist so that she can take my blood , after paying for the blood tests I then proceeded to get my medication where I was met with attitude from one of the ladies in the dispensary, she was not clear in instructing me on how to drink my medication and I had to ask her twice to explain and repeat what she was saying not because I couldn't understand but because I couldn't hear her as she was talking like she doesn't want to.

on Tuesday I waited for a call or email about my results as all my details were taken but there was nothing, I decided to wait and see because I figured it was the day after a holiday. I called in today at around 14H00 and my call was redirected to the lab where the lady that picked up was very rude and **** . I asked her when my results will be in and instead of telling me to hold on she went quite on the other line and when I said hello? Because I thought I had lost here she rudely said " I am checking Nqobile" I then waited for her to finish checking then she advised me that my results had actually came in in the morning and told me over the phone what the results were and asked me if I will be fetching them and I asked her if she can't email or send them via SMS and she said they are not allowed to , now my question is why take my details if you won't use them? Can't call to tell me my results are back, can't email me my results can't SMS them to either? What was the reason for them not being able to use my details?why can't you send me my results if you took down my details even my email address?
