Awful Service at Peermed Germiston

The way the service here is slow, inconsiderate and just plain unprofessional. I came in yesterday and did some tests, the doctor told me to come the following day so we may check my results. I get here today for the results and I'm told to wait in the queue with everyone else. After some time I go to one of the receptionists again and ask if my results are in since I received no sms to confirm they were in but I was told to return for them today. She doesn't even check but tells me to wait cause there are results that came in today and sms's weren't sent yet. After forever, I'm called and asked for an ID number in what seems to be a frenzy of getting my results cause they don't seem to be in as yet. For over 30min here waiting for what?? I'm then sent to see the doctor, what for? All I wanted were my results but I had to wait after I waited over 2-3 hours to be assisted yesterday, such is disgustingly unprofessional honestly.
