Arrogant optometrist in Peermed Germiston. My wife, my child and I went to change our glasses. The lady checked us is not the same lady who gave us glasses. What annoys must is the fact that for the first time in years our funds got finished for 3 of us. This never happened with other doctors before. My wife's glasses were damaged and she returned them, after 2 to 3 months they called to collect her glasses. Guess what she did not receive them since we are owing R900, without being invoiced or providing us with the payment made by the medical scheme and the shortage. That doctor is the very arrogant and she only now herself and our money. She does not care about her patients well being. My wife as we speak she is struggling with the headache due to not have renewed her glasses. I reported the matter to Germiston management, they promised to escalate the matter, up to date I have never had anything from them. The centre itself has a poor service, it is very slow and the other Indian doctor cannot tough a black person with her hands. She will ask you your problem then take you to pharmacy. I wish we all boycott that center to show them our dissatisfaction.
