PEEQ **** people's bank accounts

Peeq is a company that goes into other people's bank accounts that deducts unauthorized R99 and that is irreversible. Upon realizing the R99 going off my account, I phoned them, to enquire about the company and they how they got hold of my account and my personal information, they said that it could be the upgrade that I must have done and the only upgrade I did this year was telkom, so I phoned telkom to enquire about that and they had no knowledge of the PEEQ company. They stopped deducting for a month or 2 after I cancelled it but I recently found out from my bank that they started deducting account, is that even allowed for companies to go into people's personal bank accounts and do as they please? PEEQ is a **** company.
