No delivery on online order and bad customer serv

Pathetic service! Ordered online and live in another Province. After a week of not hearing anything about my order contacted them and spoke to an Annaleez who promised to get back to me and did not until I called back. Eventually spoke to a Nicole who responded once twice and eventually sarcastically said she was not the right person to query with. Annaleez basically said they were jott to blame but the couriers. They took no responsibility... Fast forward.. Order was resent with another courier and another week later nobody including the courier can tell me where the order is. Don't bother to order online!
