Peekaboo Media Magazine playing "Hide and Seek" and refuses to effect refund!

On 31 May 2017 we were contacted by Michael Goth - Marketing & Client Liaison Officer with a special offer for Delectables Catering and Events to place an ad in their Embassy Magazine which targets Embassies operating in South Africa at a cost of only R6,800!

Payments was effected by Delectables a long time ago and to date, the ad has never appeared and the promised copies of the magazine bearing the ad never received. Delectables is a small family owned business that cannot afford to lose R6,800!

Despite MANY attempts by us to contact Michael Goth, Managing Editor Kirstie Clements, Finance Manager Stefan Koch, we have never seen the ad nor have we been refunded as they undertook to do.

We are totally disappointed in the service we received and demand an immediate refund together with interest at the rate of 13% per annum from date payment received by them to date of refund!
