So disappointed - need a Doctor that actually cares

Super disgusted in the service received from the Doctors at Pedispes who are suppose to "care" about our children, not to mention the rude receptionist. While sitting and waiting to see the Doctor with a very sick child, the receptionist is on the phone regarding her Foschini account shouting and calling the people at the call centre "idiots". All the parents waiting just looked at each other.

I was there 3 times in 2 weeks with my newborn baby (a prem) due to her being sick.

The Doctors at first thought it is the formula, so we ended up buying very expensive formula.

My child got worse and my husband phoned them, got an appointment. Receptionist phoned back and told my husband Doctor just referred us for Physiotherapy. My husband got frustrated and refused, we wanted to see a Doctor. (This is now the 3rd time in 2 weeks).

Needless to say I'm in hospital with her now day 6...She has RSV.

Cant help but wonder what would have happened if we accepted the Doctor not wanting to see us.

Not happy!
