Receptionist telephone etiquette and Behaviour

I have been going to the same place for years with my sons, and i have never been given a smile when coming to see the Dr. I called to get a script for myself, and when i call to find out which email address was used because i have not received anything. She did not spell it so that i can correct her, i was just cut very short, and not even being offered for the mail to be resent.
