Tender Meat Chunks mess up

I bought a pack of Tender meat chunks from Pedigree, the packet is completely water. No chunks at all.<br> I paid for this product and this is ridiculous.<br> The expiry date on the product is 04/12/2016<br> Pedigree prides itself on being the best brand for dog food but with below sub standard products like this, what message is that sending to the public.<br> I would like an urgent response on this.
