Pedigree dog food products

I've been a loyal client of Pedigree for more than 5years, there was a product called Jumbones that my dogs are obsessed with, not cheap at all, and I bought atleast 4 packs a week, since January I can't find the product anywhere, I've emailed repeatedly for answers and feedback but they never get back to me!!! Shocking service, my dogs and I are VERY DISAPPOINTED
