Con artists no note at LUAN PUPPIES

was caught...WHAT A ****..ordered 2 puppies all well on the first day then on the day of delivery was told to pay R1000 for the delivery and crate. one I told them could not pay such a huge amt the lowered it to R5000 then while they were on the road I was told another R1000 was required for insurance. still no puppies, now being told it I dont pay the puppies will be sent to the shelter and no refund is possible. DONT DO THIS their number is _***4 receipt under LUAN PUPPIES
