As a Celiac sufferer i often hit brick walls at restaurants and often have to have long discussions with the staff even when they DO serve GF foods as many spices are processed in factories that work with gluten and are therefore contaminated.<br> Jason was totally informed and very kind in ensuring that the meal i was served was beneficial to my health.
