PEDALMOSSDA ****

I've placed an order and received confirmation of order 461S136417 via email. However, I noted that the amount I was charged, were 3xtimes what was stated in their adverti*****t. I immediately contacted their support email, and received a reply that they will refund half of the amount deducted from my account. This was not acceptable to me, and I confirmed that they must cancel the order. They only rep**** "the price is not in their hands" (what the hell??) and that I should wait to receive my order and see if I am not satisfied with my order. So they just went ahead and ignored my expressed cancelation, and when I checked my bank, they deducted even more than was stated on their invoice. I see this as extreme *****. I am really concerned that I am not even going to receive my order. I am very disappointed and upset.
