Bad workmanship

Contracted Peche Roofing to replace garage roof to get rid of bad leaks. After 3 attempts by Peche to do this, I have never heard from them again, apart from being handed over for non payment of balance of account outstanding. Having contacted their offices to explain why and paying half of the outstanding balance, I have still heard nothing from them. Needless to say the garage roof still leaks like a sieve and now has more leaks than it ever did before work commenced. Think it is shocking that so called \roofing specialists\" don't bother to finish off a job properly. Very unhappy with Peche to say the leadt."
