Pebble Junxion mess

I have experienced the owners of this company to be unprofessional, unreliable, dishonest and the quality of the work is very disappointing. The very first day I had Mr Paddy and Mrs Marlene Padayachee out to my residence to quote for the work, his phone rang and he looked at the number and said to his wife... I'm not talking to that man right now, tell him I'm out. (then mumbled something about....he drives me crazy) First impressions are lasting impressions!!!

We had a large area of our home pebble paved. After compleltion, it was left for 3 days to dry before any traffic went over the area. Within days of completing the job, there were cracks and chunks breaking off on steps and edges. They came out to fix up the cracks and breakages. Then a few months later, I noticed some cracks again. When I asked Paddy come repair and maintain the pebble paving, he and his wife gave me every possible excuse as to why he could not come out at that present time.

Once I was told to clean all the pebble paving as they would be coming out in 2 days time to fix all damages. I had the huge area nicely cleaned. On the morning that they were due to arrive, I messaged to ask what time to expect their arrival, Mr Paddy told me, he will come out the following day or two as they had in fact not completed their present job. I angrily asked him why he could not have told me that prior to an hour or two before they were due to arrive.

I find the mannerism in which Mr Paddy Padayachee talks to his clients, to be rude and unprofessional, not to mention how he talks to his staff!!!

One area had been glazed while it was not 100% dry which caused it to go white. So this whole area needed to be redone. It now has ****s growing through those pebbles.

I had the pebbles re-sealed by Pebble Junxion at a further cost to myself and when just weeks later it was cracking again, Paddy said that I must have been washing it weekly (which I most certainly had not) - and that must have caused the breakages and cracks. Since then it has cracked and more edges have broken off.

I FOUND THIS ENTIRE EXPERIENCE UNPROFESSIONAL AND OVERALL HUGELY DISAPPOINTING !
