Shocking

<p>I am a native English speaker and had to do an English test for immigation purposes. I sat the PTE academic test three times and was unable to get a 65 speaking score (62 being my highest), even after months of preparation. Their customer service is shocking and the only answers I ever got was that "the test is completely valid" and "a computer marks the test so it can't be wrong." So no point in asking and paying for a remark. Finally I resorted to taking the IELTS test and got amazingly high marks on each section, including full marks on speaking. How they call themselves a valid international English test is beyond me.</p>
