Pearson Vue( CIMA) Online Exam fails due to internet connectivity challenges and they don't seem to e bothered

I am very disappointed with Pearson Vue. I sat an CIMA P2 online exam on Thursday the 4th of March 2021 at 21:30 CAT. I checked in 3 times using WIFI and the proctor complained that they cannot see my picture on webcam even though I could see myself on the webcam camera , each time they asked me to restart my computer and check in again. On the 4th time I decide to try using my mobile hotspot as it was already an hour since trying to check in. The proctor could now see my picture on webcam when I was using the mobile hotspot and he released the exam . As I was reading through the Non-disclosure Agreement I made him aware that I was using my mobile hotspot because there seems to be having a problem on their side when I used my WIFI. He retracted the exam and asked me to log on using my WIFI, just to remind you, this was now going to be the 5th time going through the check in process. I did like he instructed me, I restarted but the exam couldn't be checked on any longer. I then notified the proctor and he promised me that he has logged a case for me , he provided me a case number but even today I am still waiting for them to come back to me with a way forward. I was told that the investigation might take up to 5 days and that there is no guarantee that they will allow me to sit the exam.
