Pearson vue are sheet

I was supposed to write an exam at my place, I logged in time. Did all the pre-testing after that I was on a queue the status was saying I am next, I waited for an hour then I got an error massage saying I must contact their help desk... how the hell should I be the one contacting them while it's their stupid mistake...
