OnVue - Online exam EPIC fail due to software/system problems

Wrote exam 2 week ago and it worked. Then they updated the software and now it keeps failing. Tried to connect for hours and won't even work once. Did 3 X different speed tests and they all passed. Error message: You have lost your internet connection. OnVue is disabled until they fix it one day and break it again ... Thanks for wasting my money!
