No proper assistance from Pearson Vue.

I wrote a CCNA 200-125 exam on the 21 of February 2020 at 10:00 AM an in the exam at the simulation part of the exam, I had an issue with it. The simulation did not accept the code that I entered into the sim. It did not accept any input that I entered. I created a case number and all that Pearson Vue can say is that it worked there by them and I must talk to Cisco about the content. I do not have an issue with the content I had an issue with the simulation that did not work. I called the Facilitator where I wrote and she agreed that the simulation was an issue. Due to that, I failed my exam and now Pearson Vue does not want to assist with this issue, all they say is the sim worked by them and I must talk to cisco about the issue.
