Money making racket

<p>For the PTE Academic test used for emmigration purposes. They claim to have this fantastic turn around time but that is only if you did terribly in the test. Which I did have the first time because i didnt prepare and didnt know what to expect I admit. The next time I did the test i prepared and knew what to expect. The scores were perfect for listening, reading and speaking and 78 out of 90 for writing. I needed 79 out of 90 for my Visa application which they know very well. These results took close to a month and severaly phone calls to arrive. When i had booked for a remark because one point is very suspicious they said it had been too long because it had taken them so long to get my results back to me. Then after opening a case they decided to give me a free remark because they admitted it was their fault. After a few weeks of waiting I had to call them again looking for answes where they left me on hold forever on an international phone call and then said they now ready, while i was on the phone somehow they had done the remark and it was not 2 point less. They said to me there is nothing i can do except pay to do the test again. When asked how did i drop 2 points in listening s****s they said the computer marks it and there is nothing they can do please do the test again. What a ****...making a fortune out of people who are trying to better their situation. </p>
