MCAT Exam Bookings & Refunds

I've made a payment for an MCAT exam, but due to corona, I am unable to write. I've been trying to contact them for a refund as stated in their booking policy. They just simply don't reply even though I've tried to cancel my booking before the required time. It is close to R10 000 that they do not want to refund due to their lack of response. This is unacceptable. Do not use them for your MCAT bookings.
