HORRIBLE SERVICE !!!! Pearson Vue No SHOW!!

I have tried writing at test 4 times going on my 5th. The consultants dont know what they are doing and just keep rescheduling my test only for us to have the same issue. Its terrible service!!! Every time I try to explain the consultants cut me off Srintshi, Manpreet all of them that have handled my case just reschedule and dont sort out my issue!!!
