Extremely bad experience

I did an online AWS exam with Pearson Vue today. My proctor decided to revoke my exam for touching my mouth (case ID: ***3). Upon following up with customer service and speaking to someone by the name of James, it was brought to my attention that my exam was revoked due to misconduct and that I refused to follow the rules (some harsh words). Now I three concerns regarding this: 1) Why was allowed to touch my mouth with an online exam I did through Pearson Vue just a week earlier without having my exam revoked? 2) Why is touching or covering your mouth not made clear in the exam rules displayed prior to taking the exam? and 3) You have video and audio footage of me, so if the concern is that I might be speaking to someone, surely you should be able to see my lips moving and hear it on the audio. Might I add it will also be clear on the video footage that this was an involuntary action whilst reading the exam questions and wasn't done deliberately. When I asked James in customer service to speak to a supervisor, I was told supervisors are not available on the weekend and to call back on Monday. As an AWS employee I'm deeply disturbed by the treatment here and will share my experience internally with the AWS Training team.
