Exam booking

I was supposed to write my exam i only forgot my ID and the Proctor logged a case for me when i follow up they told me to pay for my re-write bare in mind i didnt even write my exam and i already paid $55 i am very furios their support system is **** their consultants are *********** instead of assisting they will ask stupid question i would like to advise anyone who is going to write an International exam please book through a testing center because clearly writing from home doesn't work at all i hate PEARSON VUE with all of my heart they ****** me my hard earned money PEARSON VUE IS ****EN ****TY SYSTEM TO ROB US BLACK PEOPLER
