i am very disappointed about how Pearson Vue handle their clients queries. I have used Pearson Vue may times to write online exams. Each time i use their services i become frustrated as their platform always have technical issues, which . I was writing an exam online. I had done all the preparation tests and all was well. During the exam the exam jammed and i was no longer able to continue my exam. I repeatedly tried to raise the issue with the invigilator but with no success. After 10-15 of waiting for system or someone to assist, i recorded the error and clode exam and reported the issue. Pearson Vue come back to inform me that it was a technical issue and the matter is closed. The fault was with their system as everything on my side checked out properly. How can they just close my ticket and not allow me to complete my exam as the fault lies with their platform. This is day light *******, how many more people writing online has this happened too. This is unfair and ********* practice whilst they are gladly accepting monies from people who are trying to better their lives.
