CIMA F3- Lack of Pearson Vue Technical Support

Today I attended the Pearson Vue exam centre in Design Quarter to complete my CIMA F3 exam. I have failed F3 three times so I was very nervous to write it again. I scheduled the exam for 7:30am (got there at 6:30am) only to find that the Pearson Vue system wasn't allowing the test centre to login and the operator had to call Pearson Vue technical support. She tried to contact them for 2 hours with no assistance. I ended up only writing at 9:30am and it really threw me off the exam which I consequently failed AGAIN. Very disappointing...
