Where's my E-book downloads

I decided to save some money and purchase the teacher guides as PDF's this year so yesterday went to the source, the Pearson e-store. Easily went through the payfast payment system but thereafter, no link to download the books, no email other than to say the payment was successful. I tried to log into the Pearson website, no password, ask to reset it and no reset email comes through. I emailed Pearson this morning, no response as yet. I then emailed payfast, maybe they can expedite matters??? So right now, I've spent R333,00 and have nothing to show for it.
