Pearson: use your own resources to get online. `${<br>} ` Me: what resources I live in rural Zimbabwe

Question....... If I live in a rural area in zimbabwe and struggling heavily just to go to that school to get the best shot at education and job opportunity and I'm studying at pearson in South Africa and both our countries are on lock down and they introduce online classes and I don't have access to adequate resources.... Well then how do they expect me to move along if they won't lift a finger to help their stranded students now this is only just speculation of course but their new amendment to their enrolment guide states that "students will have to get online using their own costs" my question is can pearson atleast use the money that I would've been paying for that month to subsidize my internet efforts atleast so too can join in online? I mean if nobody is on campus then nobody is using utilities which means utilities and electricity is going to be fairly low isn't it so why not issue some of that money for students who can apply for data

I know that I don't have all the facts but it's alarming that their amendment is a little bit vague and people agree that they should atleast lay out their plan with more words and how they can help those that are stranded without the adequate resources
