Pathetic service

Pearson staff are ***********, service is ridiculous, pathetic and disgusting. I have been dealing with them for weeks and they can't get anything right in regards to orders, deliveries ect. Sometimes I end up getting tecbooks from PNA because I always feel they are just ridiculously slow and ***********.
