BE2*** bad service

I am currently having the worst experience with pearsons institute or cti bedfordview as i know it... I left cti/Pearson back in 2015. We settle my bill in full by 2017. It is 2020 january and they are still sending invoices for a course i am no longer doing. I have tried numerous time to find out whats going on but no one seems to know whats happening. They promised to contact us back to no avail. the bill is still in my mothers name and its causing her stress as she just recently retired. I am very disappointed in the seeminly "professional private institution" i hope this review get me help BE2015—0061
