Pearson Corporate Training

I work for Gauteng Department of Education I did two courses under Pearson Corporate training, those being the Assessor Training and Moderator training around january last year. We only received Certificates of Competence from Pearson and not the (Statement of Results) SOR from SETA. and i took the liberty to visit seta a few times last year and this year as well and when they check on their system via my ID Number it seems as PEARSON never submitted to them at all. I don't know what is the hold up for almost 2 years yet the Department of Education paid the Pearson Corporate Training.

I Also tried calling them to resolve the matter at hand and since they told me wait. They don't even reply when the Department of Education is calling them to find out what is happening. I think they are ****mers
