Waiting 2 months for a refund

Went to Pearly shells in Scottburgh in November.<br> The lady at reception insisted that I pay the full booking amount for 4 days when we were only staying for 2.<br> <br> I was told that it would be sorted out once the lady who normally works there returned.<br> <br> Its now 2 months later and after many, many phone calls, emails etc I was refunded an amount which does not even equate to one nights stay!<br> <br> Attempts to get an answer from them has proved fruitless.<br> <br> I am very disappointed in this whole affair, I have been going regularly to Pearly Shells for over 20 years and this is how they treat loyal customers!<br> Its obvious that customer care is a foreign term to them. They have AA & RCI awards all over reception, not sure how they got this<br> Shocking!!!!!
