No feedback and/or response.

For the past few weeks I have contacted Pearl SA, a waterless cleaning product supplier. I have emailed, telephoned and Whatsapped but absolute no response. I made contact with a lady by the name of Storm, but no response. My request is just a simple price list so I can buy some of their products, and also the possibility of a group discount. But nothing. Everytime I contacted her she said she would come back to me after discussing it with her business partner. Nothing, zilch. A deathly silence. No response. If they are not interested in doing business just let me know.
