Stay away from this company, On the 11th of March 2025, I purchased a Kenwood microwave and toaster from Pearl Haus Landsdowne online store. After purchasing there was no movement on the processing status of the order, I thereby phoned the number provided and the lady that answered was not much of a help in regard to orders as she stated the person who handles orders is absent. My number was taken and after many hours, I received a Whatsapp message stating that the supplier was out of stock and my order has been cancelled. I am now waiting for a refund. This company reeks of a **** as products are being advertised without them actually in the possession of Pearl Haus. Beware and purchase from them at your own risk.
