No return of ringlights within rights

Tasha at Pearl beauty initially seems nice and I took the chance to buy ringlights from them. I did recieve my lights but on the second occation they were not what we agreed and I cannot use them, now Tasha and Pearl Beauty are refusing for me to return the lights at my own cost and refund me for the lights. They simply said they have a no return policy which was never said and they do not display their company rules and regulations anywhere, it is against the consumers act so by law I have the right to return a product within 7 days of receiving my order that I ordered online. The amount for the lights are only R1500 and the legal costs will be much more but I feel it is a pricipal thing and if she can so easily block all my number and profiles to avoid me they are doing this to other customers also. After trying to comunicate further with them they simply cut me off and blocked me from all profiles and whatsapp numbers. How can it be this easy to throw your customers away like this? My opinion is that such bussinesses that give online ordering a bad name should not be supported!
