No service at all, unhappy client. Empty promises

I bought my vehicle in December 2014 and from there I only have problems.<br> 1st: Promises was made to me by them.<br> 1.1 They will supply me with the back cover for my spare wheel<br> 1.2 They will repair my seat in that following week<br> 1.3 They will supply me with the astray for the vehicle<br> 1.4 They will supply me with covers in the boot<br> 2nd: When I received my vehicle there was problems on the vehicle, I took it back and the only one that was prepared to help me was the Mechanic. After a fight they told me to bring it in a week later, a week past, and then when I arrived told me they will only help me with it in January 2015, after my vehicle gave a lot of problems and I couldnt drive it then they repaired some of the things 3rd: Until today I still don't have any license disc for my vehicle, they did send me vehicle for road worthy and then told me it expired we need to do it again. <br> 4th: My tire burst far away from home, when I wanted to replace it with the spare we realised its not the same rim or tire and when I took it up with them they say its my problem<br> I am not happy at all about this and we are already in April 2015 and still no promise has been carried out as agreed.
