Shocking workmanship

<p>I paid for Pearl & Diamond Designs to make me a flat white gold wedding band to match the width of my engagement ring. The 1st time I received it it didn't have a stamp/engraving and it was scratched. The 2nd time I got it back it was thinner than the width of my engagement ring. The 3rd time I got it it wasn't even the same ring nor was it a flat band nor was it the right size. The staff in the store are great, but the workmanship of the workshop is shocking!! I now own a half round wedding band that doesn't fit. :/</p>
