*****ulent Merchant – Received a Piece of Cloth Instead of Sneakers

I made a purchase of R1100 from https://peakpointsa.co.za (PP Clothing) on March 19, 2025, expecting to receive a pair of Lacoste sneakers. However, upon delivery, I was shocked to find that the package contained only a piece of a babies cloth, not the sneakers I paid for.

I immediately attempted to contact the merchant via email and phone, but both were either invalid or not in service. After realizing I had been ****med, I reached out to my bank (Absa) and Paystack for assistance.

I want to warn others to be very cautious when purchasing from this site. This experience has been incredibly frustrating, and I am grateful that Paystack and ABSA stepped in to handle the situation.
