Paid R500 call out fee, going back and forth for a few weeks over mail with what we want (after we discussed it on site all the specs and requirements). No feedback after a month, takes 4 weeks of emails to receive a call that the person that is handling our project is currently on leave and they not able to reach the person as they are on an airplane. Lol.
