I baught a machine from the N1 city branch which is faulty and now you refuse to refund or exchange the machine. I just had it tested in your shop and absolutely no joy from this experience. If i had to buy this from any other outlet i would have gotten a refund or a new machine. This is worsts service i have ever had from any shop. And now above all of this i now need to wait 8 working days to find out if your willing to do anything about your poor service. This was now my laat ever purchase from your shop...
