Pea**** blue gives the blues

I purchased four POLO t-shirts from Pea**** Blue mens boutique in Cape Town. After wearing the t-shirts for about a month and after washing them as per the care instructions I noticed some discoloration around the collar and back.

I then went ahead to return them to the store and was advised that the store will speak with the supplier to determine if a refund can be given…

After some time had passed I was advised that the garments are not faulty and a refund cannot be granted. I was instead advised that I should go to a dry cleaner to dye the tshirts. R2500 later for four tshirts, fuel, dry cleaner bill for the dye and my time for getting this resolved!

I was disappointed with the way the store handled the request and also that they didn’t even meet me halfway. Customer service is important and did not expect this unprofessional treatment in 2022.
